Dance Shoppe Policies
Ready to Order?
Have a list of the items you want to order and your credit card ready for faster service. Also, our shipping rates begin with $6.90 for the first item, then $.35 for each additional item.
Back Orders
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will send out "in stock" products and the balance of the order will follow as soon as possible. Please specify if you would only like your order shipped complete. All back orders will be shipped UPS ground. Back orders older than 90 days will automatically be canceled, unless there are special circumstances.
Price Policy
The prices on this site are subject to change without notice. Our prices are up to 20% below manufacture’s suggested retail prices. In the event of price changes by our manufactures, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.
Return Policy
Returns on catalog items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions. For exchanges, there is a reshipment charge of $4.00. No additional items may be added to an exchange order without additional shipping charges.
All returns must be shipped to The Dance Shoppe 6100 "O" Street, Suite 1B Lincoln, NE 68505. We cannot guarantee receipt of return packages. We advise our customers to insure their packages against loss or theft. Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing.
ALL RETURNS:
- Must be sent postage paid.
- Must be in new, resalable condition in the original package with tags still attached. ALL UNDERGARMENTS AND TIGHTS ARE A FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged.
- Must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items.
- Must include a copy of your receipt. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
